Following some criticism recently from Joss Whedon involving the first full clip from Jurassic World, a new trailer has been released for the upcoming summer blockbuster featuring that same exchange of dialogue. But we were also given a fresh look at Colin Trevorrow’s film that really gives it some new life. The visuals look incredible, and Chris Pratt looks like an action hero, even if he still hasn’t gotten too much of a chance to be really funny. Here’s the synopsis:
Twenty-two years after the events of Jurassic Park (1993), Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond. After 10 years of operation and visitor rates declining, in order to fulfill a corporate mandate, a new attraction is created to re-spark visitor’s interest, which backfires horribly.
