First Two Clips from Wes Anderson’s ‘The Grand Budapest Hotel’



Nothing gets us more excited than the promise of a new film from writer/director Wes Anderson. We’ve seen the trailer for his latest The Grand Budapest Hotel, but now Fox Searchlight has released the first two clips from the film, and it shows plenty of promise. Anderson, is releasing the eighth feature of his career, and it boasts an all star cast which includes Saoirse Ronan, Willem Dafoe, Jeff Goldblum, Jason Schwartzman, Jude Law, Tilda Swinton, Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody, Mathieu Amalric, Harvey Keitel, Edward Norton, Lea Sydoux, Tom Wilkinson, and Bill Murray. The film recounts the adventures of Gustave H, a legendary concierge at a famous European hotel in early 20th-century Hungary, and his young employee (Tony Revolori), who he takes under his wing to become his trusted protégé. The story also involves the theft and recovery of a priceless Renaissance painting, a mysterious murder and the battle for an enormous family fortune. The Grand Budapest Hotel opens March 7th.
