Trailer for Keanu Reeves’s Martial Arts Directorial Debut ‘Man of Tai Chi’


The first trailer for the for kung fu epic Man of Tai Chi has been released. The Mandarin-Cantonese-English production marks Keanu Reeves‘ directorial debut and stars Tiger Hu Chen (Kung Fu Hero) as a martial arts expert who seems to be drawn into an underground tournament run by Reeves. The film also stars Simon Yam (Ip Man), Karen Mok (Shaolin Soccer , Black Mask), and Iko Uwais, the star of The Raid: Redemption. The fight scenes, which reportedly will take up 40 minutes of the film, will be choreographed by legendary action choreographer Yuen Woo Ping (The Matrix, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon) and will feature a new camera technology that takes the action up-close and personal without tons of editing cuts.
