Marvel’s foray into television is set to continue. With Agents of SHIELD returning for its third season earlier this year, and Agent Carter renewed for a second season, the comics conglomerate saw heir deal with Netflix begin to bear fruit earlier this year with the release of Daredevil. The company is not sitting back, however, as both series will have a companion in November in the form of Jessica Jones.
The newest television superhero series sees Breaking Bad and Don’t Trust the B in Apartment 23‘s Krysten Ritter step into the titular role. The series is created by Birds of Prey and Dexter writer Melissa Rosenberg, and co-stars David Tennant, Carrie-Anne Moss, and Rachael Taylor, with Mike Colter also appearing in the series as Luke Cage prior to getting his own series, which is next in the line in the Netflix-Marvel collaboration. With a number of teasers having been released over the past month, a full trailer for the series has now been released as well, and can be seen below along with the teasers. The first season of Jessica Jones will consist of 13 episodes, and be released on Netflix in its entirety on November 20th.
