I’m getting ready to head over to the Toronto International Film Festival and lucky for me I stumbled upon this great article by Peter Knegt published at IndieWire. In an interview, festival co-director Cameron Bailey gives a heads up on some of the changes/improvements of the festival, including free wi-fi! Bailey also discusses the industry programming (which won’ the help me, since I am once again without a press pass), a range of films directed by women, and issues of migration and more. Did I mention free wi-fi? I won’t tell you how much money I spent last year trying to get internet connection at various coffee shops. Here is the link of the day. Enjoy!
