Much Ado About Nothing

The plays of William Shakespeare have been among the most well-known and most influential aspects of Western literature. There have been several film adaptations of the Bard’s work over the years, with people from Sir Laurence Olivier to Sir Kenneth Branagh trying their hand at the playwright’s works. The latest endeavour in this field comes from famed tv writer Joss Whedon. Whedon, who was last seen in theatres helming 2012’s The Avengers, bring Much Ado About Nothing to the big screen, taking on screenwriting duties as well, and working with a cast that includes Amy Acker, Alexis Denisof, Nahtan Fillion, Riki Lindhome, Clark Gregg, Nick Kocher, and Brian McElhaney. The first trailer for the film has now been released, and can be seen below.
