Park Chan-Wook’s English language debut ‘Stoker’ gets its first trailer

South Korean director Park Chan-Wook has been at the forefront of the country’s recent cinematic resurgence, with his brutally violent Vengeance trilogy slowly making its way up to must-see status among film fans. He had, however, resisted making the jump from South Korean cinema until Stoker came along. With a script co-penned by Prison Break star Wentworth Miller in his writing debut, Chan-Wook managed to secure a cast that included Nicole Kidman, Mia Wasikowska, Matthew Goode, Dermot Mulroney, Lucas Till, and Jacki Weaver. With a clip having been released to EW a few days ago, the first trailer for the movie has now been released, and can be seen below.
