Sunday Shorts: ‘My Best Friend’s Birthday’, directed by Quentin Tarantino
Today’s short is the 1987 film My Best Friend’s Birthday. The film is directed by Quentin Tarantino, who also co-wrote the screenplay, and stars in the film. While the feature was originally 70 minutes long, most of the film, save for 36 minutes, was lost in a fire. Tarantino himself has gone on to become one of the most well-known and well-respected filmmakers today, and his newest feature, Django Unchained, comes out in American theaters on December 25th.
