One of the major breakout stars of the 2011 film year was Elizabeth Olsen, who received a lot of critical acclaim for her role in the Sean Durkin drama Martha Marcy May Marlene, as the performance brought the Olsen sibling her own set of fans. With the young star seemingly on the cusp of mainstream success, with roles in Marvel’s cinematic franchise and Gareth Edwards’ Godzilla, many were thus interested to hear that Olsen had signed onto an adaptation of the Emile Zola novel Therese Raquin. The adaptation, titled Therese, sees Olsen star alongside Oscar Isaac, Tom Felton, Jessica Lange, and Shirley Henderson. The first clip from the film, which screens at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival, has now been released, and can be seen below.
