Trailer for ‘The Lego Movie’

The-LEGO-Movie

Transformers and Battleship were just the beginning. The latest Hollywood trend of turning toys into movies continues with The Lego Movie. But before you start crying out cursing Hollywood for ruining your childhood, you might want to take a look at the official trailer, which was just released by Warner Bros.

The film is written and directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller, who in case you don’t know, are the minds that brought us Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and 21 Jump Street (both pretty good movies). The movie also has Chris Pratt from Parks and Recreation and future star of Guardians of the Galaxy in the title role, and judging from the trailer, he does a very funny job. Other voice talent for the movie includes Will Ferrell, Elizabeth Banks, Alison Brie, Nick Offerman, Morgan Freeman and Will Arnett as Batman.
