With key roles on the cult comedy hit Arrested Development and the FX animated comedy Archer, as well as a leading role on Married, Judy Greer is a familiar figure to television fans. She ahs, however, been very prolific on the big screen as well, appearing in supporting turns in four of the summer’s big movies, the four being Tomorrowland, Entourage, Jurassic World, and last weekend’s box office winner Ant-Man. Greer, however, is soon poised to take centre stage in a movie. Titled Addicted to Fresno, the synopsis is as follows.
Follows the lives two co-dependent sisters who work as hotel maids in Fresno.
Orange is the New Black‘s Natasha Lyonne plays the other half of the sisterly duo, with But I’m a Cheerleader director Jamie Babbit taking the reins, and Allison Tolman, Aubrey Plaza, Jessica St. Clair, and Molly Shannon co-starring. At the Outfest Film Festival 2015, Greer won Best Actress in a US Dramatic Feature for her work on the film. On the heels of the recognition, a trailer for the feature has now been released, and can be seen below.
