Everybody will be talking about the Cannes Film Festival in the next couple of weeks, so for those of us who aren’t lucky enough to attend, we will be releasing clips and trailers for some of the movies screening this year.
This clip comes from Magic Magic, one of two collaborations Michael Cera made with director, Sebastián Silva, in Chile ( the other being Crystal Fairy). In Magic Magic, Juno Temple and Emily Browning play best friends whose trip to the Chilean countryside takes a turn for the worse when Temple’s Alicia suffers from insomnia. Chilean writer-director Silva has described the film as a disturbing psychological thriller that is meant to confuse the audience. Watch the clip below and read our review here. Enjoy!
