‘Wish I Was Here’, directed by Zach Braff, releases its first trailer

Wish I Was Here

While Zach Braff is best known for his role on the tv sitcom Scrubs, many were surprised to see him step behind the camera for his 2004 filmmaking debut Garden State. Many were curious to see what Braff’s next effort behind the camera may bring, curiosity which was heightened when the performer put the movie up on the popular crowdfunding site Kickstarter for donations from fans to finance the film. Titled Wish I Was Here, the movie soon became one of the highest funded projects on the site. Along with taking on directorial duties, Braff also shares writing duties with Adam Braff, and stars in the film alongside Kate Hudson, Mandy Patinkin, Joey King, Jim Parsons, and Donald Faison. The first trailer for the film has now been released, and can be seen below.
