Yet Another ‘X-Men: First Class’ Clip. Does All This Marketing Mean Bad Things?
Don’t get me wrong, I am extremely excited for Matthew Vaughn‘s X-Men: First Class. I mean this is the director who helmed Kick-Ass, and that nearly made my list of “Top 10” films of 2010. The cast is great, with James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender starring opposite each, and honestly what gay man or women would appose to that decision? It also has a great concept, rather than simply rebooting or remaking one of the earlier installments, Marvel decided to transport the story to the 60’s before the team was ever formed. What has me worried is the marketing for the film. It seems every day there is a new poster, image, trailer, TV spot or clip, and I’ve come to learn in recent years, that usually when this happens, it is because the studio has no faith in the lasting box office impact, maybe because they fear negative reviews. Well here I am again posting yet another clip and a heap of images from the film. Let’s hope for the best. In the meantime, check out the latest clips and images below. Enjoy.
