Avatar has taken another box office weekend for the 7th straight week in a row with $31.3M while grossing $596M. Mel Gibson’s thiller, Edge of Darkness came in second at 17.2 M followed by the romantic comedy When in Rome 12.4M. The Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson’s Tooth Fairy brought home $10M while theater goers seemed to have closed the book on The Book of Eli.
