New Anderson Movie

Universal is being slow on giving the go ahead for the next Paul Anderson movie. The director of “There will be blood” has chosen Philip Seymour Hoffman to be part of his next, unnamed movie endeavor.

Hoffman would be the lead in an untitled period drama as a “Master”, according to http://weblogs.variety.com/. The Master hatches a faith-based organization based in America in the early fifties. The script is yet to be finished though, and Universal is holding out on their $35 million dollar budget until it is finished.

There will be blood had a very intense interpretation of the directors opinion on newer religions and the website reports that his newer movie may prove to be a more explorative perspective.
