The online world has already spoiled one surprise cameo in Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises, and now we want to spoil another. Rumours claim that Christopher Nolan is delving back into superhero history by hiring the 82-year-old actor Adam West to make a cameo appearance in the new movie. Warner Bros. have not confirmed nor denied the story is true or not. West played the not so Dark Knight in the long running 1960s TV show Batman, before Michael Keaton brought the character to the big screen in the 1989. The source of West’s cameo appearance was first spread by a tweet by a magazine called Floss, whatever that is. Nolan doesn’t come across as the type of director who incorporates any sort of nostalgia into any of his films, but you never know. If you are not familiar with who Adam West is, you may want to check out the clip below. Enjoy!
